Dear reader,

The scent of mock orange hangs heavy in the garden as we approach Sweden’s most beloved holiday: Midsummer. A time to gather with those closest, savour Scandinavian delicacies, and celebrate long into the endless, light-filled night. So, this week’s letter arrives a day early, on a Thursday rather than its usual Friday.
